Data Management Group will work with your key employees to facilitate the design and development of your business scorecard. This can be from the business functional view of metric creation, helping to determine the right technology delivery platform, or assisting in creating the appropriate "data model" to support the scorecard metrics.
Scorecards give you the ability to:
- Communicate strategy effectively - help your strategy succeed by expressing your key drivers, performance expectations, and the results: to make strategy relevant to everyone.
- Monitor performance against targets - answer at any time the key question: Are we making progress on the things that must be done?
- Increase accountability - provide people with the information they need to take ownership of their performance: visibility into strategy, understanding of the part they play in making the strategy succeed, and the metrics to measure their success.
- Connect departments - scorecard metrics are interdependent and make visible the impact one department has on another, leading to proactive cooperation among different areas.
