Data Management Group is seeking Business Intelligence Consultants with 4+ years of experience with Cognos. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with:

• Install/configure/performance tune Cognos 8
• Three plus years with Cognos Transformer and PowerPlay
• Three plus years with ReportNet and Cognos 8 specifically in Report Studio and Query Studio developing complex reports
• Experience with developing models in Framework manager from scratch and/or converting from earlier versions of Impromptu
• Experience with multi-dimensional cubes
• Experience with Cognos 8 Analysis Studio

Data Management Group has a need for a Data Architect with a minimum of 10 years’ experience. Responsibilities require in-depth knowledge of data architecture including, but not limited to:

·          Data modeling

·          Data movement

·          Data quality

·          Data warehouse processes, tools, and techniques

Data Management Group has a need for a Program Manager with extensive experience managing, directing, and implementing programs.  Management responsibilities for this position require expertise in the following areas: 

·          Project and contract management

·          Resource management

·          Management of a diverse group of functional activities

·          Management of subordinate groups of technical and administrative personnel

·          Direct work of incumbents assigned to program from various client departments

·          Ensure implementation of technical solutions and schedules in a timely manner

·          Coordination and monitoring of scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of the program

·          Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules.

·          Solution development for program problems

·          Fund Allocation

Demonstrated understanding and application of business analysis principles and tools, requirements gathering, business process modeling, use case modeling, and workflow specifications.

Required Competencies and Other Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work on cross-functional project teams.
Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML), Case Complete Software Tool experience a plus.
Secret Clearance a plus.
