Crystal Xcelsius
Xcelsius stops responding or terminates unexpectedly. What are some possible causes and resolutions?
The following is a list of possible causes:
- If you receive an error message when Crystal Xcelsius has stopped responding, see if there are any embedded .swf files. There may be an issue with the .swf file.
- If Crystal Xcelsius terminates while it is being launched, the temp folder may be full.
- The computer may have an older version of Crystal Xcelsius installed.
- There have been changes or upgrades made to Microsoft Office.
The following is a list of workarounds:
