No 'Print Settings' option when scheduling Reporter document or Crystal report

Synopsis

When scheduling a Web Intelligence document, why does the 'Print Settings' option not exist as it does when scheduling Crystal Reports and Reporter documents?

Solution

The 'Print Settings' option does not exist because the Web Intelligence server does not support printing of Web Intelligence documents.

To print a Web Intelligence document, first export it to Portable Document Format (PDF).
