How do I book classes online?
From courses and schedules, choose a course and then click on "dates and enroll" for that course. Choose the date you would like to and click on enroll. A secure window will pop up where you can enter your credit card information immediately. We accept Visa®, Mastercard® and American Express®. Once you have entered your information, you will receive a verification of enrollment email.

Can I book classes by phone?
Yes. Call 1-888-394-1664 and ask for the training department. You can book your class by faxing over a signed purchase order that you can request.

What are the payment options?
Purchases made online can only be paid for using a VISA, MasterCard, or American Express credit card. Purchases made by phone can be paid for using a credit card, a check or a purchase order (on approved credit).

How do I book using purchase order or check?
All training purchases made using a purchase order or a check must be made by phone with the help of our customer service representatives. Call 1-888-394-1664 and ask for the training department.

What time do classes start?
All Data Management Group classes (Springfield and Hampton) start at 8:30 am unless posted otherwise.

Is there parking available?
Yes, in Springfield, there is free parking at the office building location. In Hampton, there are two parking options. If you go just past the business office at 2 Eaton Street, there is a public parking lot on the left hand side of the street. There is also free parking at the Radisson Hotel parking garage on the corner of Eaton Street and Settlers Landing Road.

How do I cancel my seat in a training session?
Cancellations may only be done over the phone with the assistance of our customer service representatives. Call 1-888-394-1664 and ask for the training department. View terms and conditions for cancellation policy.

How do I reschedule into another class?
Rescheduling may only be done over the phone with the assistance of our customer service representatives. Call 1-888-394-1664 and ask for the training department.

How will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Booking confirmation and information related to the training class (date, time, and location) will be emailed to an enrolled attendee.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are permitted without penalty 10 or more business days prior to the start of your scheduled public training course. Students who cancel their enrollment 5-9 business days prior to the start date will be charged 50% of the course fee. Students who cancel their enrollment less than 5 business days prior to the start date will be charged 100% of the course fee. Rescheduling of training must be done prior to start date. Call the training department at 1-888-394-1664 to cancel your class.

If you encounter an error message during the booking process, please make note of the error message and contact our training department with the error number. Call 1-888-394-1664 and ask for the training department.
