We also guarantee that your training will be taught by qualified personnel in a professional manner. If you're not satisfied that you learned the skills outlined at the beginning of your course, write to us within 30 days and we'll arrange for you to attend another course, provide you with alternate training or issue you a full refund.
Inclement Weather Policy Data Management Group may on occasion be required to close the office during normal working hours due to inclement weather or other unforeseen emergencies. Management will make the determination as to office closure or if office hours will be adjusted.
Students should call 757-578-4525 if attending class in Hampton office. Students should dial 703-822-9835 if attending class in Springfield and dial the Inclement Weather Voice Mail at Extension 555. There will be a recording as to whether the office is closed or opening late. The recording will be accessible by 6 am.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellations are permitted without penalty 10 or more business days prior to the start of your scheduled public training course. Students who cancel their enrollment 5-9 business days prior to the start date will be charged 50% of the course fee. Students who cancel their enrollment less than 5 business days prior to the start date will be charged 100% of the course fee. Rescheduling of training must be done prior to start date.
