- The deployment does not require a HTTP/Application server.
- Desktop Intelligence can be launched from the client only.
- The login connectivity uses .intranet files under C:\Documents and Settings\USER\My Documents\My Business Documents\LocData.
- You need middleware installed and configured on the client machine to the corporate data.
- The query is run from the client machine by the busobj process.
